Mr. Mistake, Mind YOUR MANNERS IN A RESTAURANT!
second book in a series from instructors,
lisa and donna (also, sisters)
Max Mistake is visiting his cousin, Missy Mistake
(from our 1st book). They will be going to a nice restaurant and Max is aware he does not really know
the "rules of the table" - which is like knowing the
rules to any game and he certainly doesn't want to
look like a farm animal while eating! Mannie
the butterfly shows Max the correct way to eat and
act while dining with others. Having these tips will help Max "win the game" when it comes to table manners!
Includes a word find game highlighting all the
dining-etiquette words defined throughout the book.
Tips provided by Mannie in rhyme form.
"My 10-year-old grandson and I enjoyed this book together. He thought it would help him feel more confident when going out to eat and meeting people. Questions and engaging illustrations coupled with pleasant humor make this a fun and informative book!" - Helen VanSis, Director,

Instructors' Published Book - first in a series
Introducing "Miss Mistake," our sometimes-silly class character who shows the kids what it looks and sounds like to do and say things which may seem rude or show lack of empathy, tact and confidence. Miss Mistake doesn't intentionally do these things; she is simply unaware and uninformed. This is a great way to teach your kids good manners and communication skills in a fun way!
"Miss Mistake is a realistic character who helps children learn polite ways to behave in common situations. Her experiences offer a springboard for great conversations and problem solving." - Karen Smith, Reading Specialist, Governor Mifflin School District Berks Co., PA

Your Charming Child, voted "The Best Tutoring Service in Bucks and Montgomery Counties" by The Intelligencer newspaper readers for five years in a row, provides etiquette education to children, teens, and adults ages 5 and up. Our goal is to help you develop confident, courteous, and compassionate children and to assist teens and adults with networking skills as well. We serve Bucks/Montgomery Counties and surrounding areas in Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey.
Studies have shown that children are more open to etiquette instruction when taught by someone other than a parent. Also, at a younger age, they are more receptive to learning and retaining what they have learned. We are here to help parents reinforce all of the positive attributes and values children are taught at home as well as
to introduce hints and tips to help a child feel at ease.
COVID SAFETY: Rest assured, we will be following all protocols to ensure a safe environment for your kids according to recommended guidelines in September. Instructors are fully vaccinated and we have always been hyper-diligent when it comes to hygiene! Space is limited.

My 10-year-old son so much enjoyed Etiquette class; each day he walked to the car after class with a list of things he learned or practiced that made him very proud to know and do! Lane has requested to attend a class next summer, which needless to say, makes me a very happy Mom! The workbooks, course structure and professional yet approachable disposition of Lisa and Donna lend kids both confidence and enthusiasm when learning to carry on the classic skills that are so important in our society. I am 100% satisfied and impressed! Thank you again for what you do!
